• Once your return has been initiated, you will be required to share your official email address and bank account details on Contact us. Upon receiving the account details, you will receive a refund initiation confirmation and you will receive the amount back in your account within 15 working days.
• Return request should be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
• Please keep a copy of the invoice ready with you while returning the mattress. You’ll need to submit the receipt to the pick-up agent to initiate the return.
• Original invoice should be returned with the product.
• Product should reach us in sellable condition.
• Kindly note that we will not accept returns on consumer promotion items/freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send the wrong product or the wrong size, we will accept your return.
• Once you receive the packing material, please pack your mattress and stick the Waybill on the zipper cover and have it ready to be picked up. Hand over the mattress, invoice and other documents to our courier partner.
• It is not necessary to keep the box when returning your NPCF PVT LTD. Products; however, the products should be in good condition. This means that there should be no stains or damages on the mattress that is caused by the customer. Before a return is accepted, it will be subject to our review.

• Please note that only standard-size mattresses are eligible for returns.
• Damages not specifically listed herein will not qualify for return/refund.
• Warranty is valid only if proper care of the mattress is taken as per the use and care directions given herewith.
• In case of order having incorrect size & comfort issues then there won't be any refund. Extra charges will be applicable in such cases.
• In case of Damage during dispatches, it will be subjected on verification and acceptance of dispatch damage, product will be replaced.
• Products which are in-transit cannot be cancelled / refunded.
• Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is inacceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse we will either replace your product or give you same amount.
• Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
• Refund process will be initiated once we receive the goods.
